We recently purchased a Condo on Fort MYERS BEACH and our realtor recommended Nancy Pedone. We called her and she immediately took care of us. She handled this transaction way above and beyond her call of duty. She had to do things that the Realtors should have been handling but instead of having to wait on them to get the answers she took it upon herself to get the documents and answers she needed to get the deal done. She got the appraisal company to expedite the appraisal as a RUSH as the appraiser dragged their feet to the very last moment and then had to make some changes to it which delayed it some more.
