Has to be the worst tittle company we have ever delt with. Delay after delay and then when it came to close they told us it was going to take 3 days from start to finish. They ran this process out over 20days for literally no reason. Also had the bank appraisal cost added to the closing even though we already paid for it with a credit card. Still havent seen that money for the appraisal. Walk thru 1 day, signing day 2 then 3rd day getting the keys. We told our realtor it needs to be all done 1 day or no deal. FINELY was able to close in 1 day. Also they messed up my documentation had to do revisions. Edit: Your manager and people can all try to call and gaslight me into changing my review all you want. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Not only did this title company not communicate with our real estate agent at all they continuous changed things around on us. While I understand that with the sale of the house dates can change, this went from October to beginning of November to then the end of November. Then we are told on Monday we would not be closing Wednesday like originally planned. Boom Wednesday rolls around and I’m getting a phone call at 1:20 in the afternoon being demanded to close at 4:30pm. I was also given extreme attitude due to my concern of still having valuable possessions in my home that needed to be moved with no time do so before signing papers and having the staff tell me that is not their problem.
