I have an elderly friend age 88, who needs to sell her OTOW home in preparation for a move to an assisted living facility in Jacksonville. I recommended the Florida Advantage Realty Group, and boy and I glad I did. Mr. Russ Walker arranged to have a broker open house to show the property. On the morning of the showing, Russ arrived around 930 am to help the home owner prepare. He found her on the kitchen floor, badly hurt from a fall earlier in the morning. She was bleeding profusely from a head wound and we later learned she had broken her hip. Russ immediately called EMS and provided comfort and support until they arrived. Justin Gore: I’m leaving 1 star because I have to. If I could, I would give zero or ➖️5️⃣⭐️. My experience with Justin Gore as a realtor was extremely disappointing. I regret to say that Justin Gore has been the worst realtor I’ve ever worked with. I’ve purchased two properties before, and none of my previous realtors were anything like him. This property in Florida has been particularly challenging because he knows I am in another state, and yet he has not been transparent or honest. Instead of working in our best interest, he seemed to support the other party. This was a court-ordered sale, and he often threatened me with involving the magistrate, as if he had some kind of power over me. He also never kept me informed.
