Have just rented from this property from moving states, I’m typically not one to complain but we were placed in a home and within the first 2 weeks me and my family had overgrowth of black mold in our rental home that was making us extremely sick with our ceiling leaking, and a numerous amount of other things so we asked to leave. Upon leaving we were told we would receive our full deposit that we have not received as well as it’s still showing we are “late” on rent for a home they now have the keys to. As me being a previous Leasing Agent and a mother, all I can say is I would not recommend this place and am more than upset with this company. Doing business like this I am unsure how this company has been open for more than 20 years unless just keeping things hidden well. We have them tell

I've never used Flo-Town Properties, I was at the cvs but its nice on the outside and clean.
