Flintlake Apartments

Flintlake is a beautiful and well kept property. Never have I met a bunch of ladies who were more in tune with their job and had no problem with going over and above in helping their residents. From the move in process to assisting with everyday tasks, Lori, Trisha & Rose were there every step of the way and always took the time to not only help but to do so in a way that was so friendly and they never made you feel like you were imposing or asking too much. This place is stellar!!

Do Not move here! We have been here since July of this year. Have hated it ever since. They post unknown amounts on our portal for us to pay. On September 15 our neighbors above us water line broke which flooded our entire apartment. We lost a lot of our things. We had no where to go as our beds were soaked as was a lot clothes and belongings. They refused to help us out. We ended up renting a cabin for a week so had some where to lay our head. We had to move into a different apartment on the East side after a week of arguing with the management staff. We moved in September 20 and now they want us to pay a $142 water bill. Run the other way!! Do Not move into this complex

The entire staff at Flintlake Apartments are a number one from the property manager to the ladies out in the main room when you come in to the Maintenance guys, everyone is a number one I’ve had situations that I needed to be taken care of, and they took care of it right away. I plugged it in and it’s a nice place to live.

Great place to live, right on the golf course of Arrow Head. This community has mature landscaping which for me is a plus. Two pools, grill and fire pit in each pool area and a gym. It is a pleasure to drive through the peace and serenity of the surrounding single family homes on my way to Flintlake. Office staff and Maintenance staff are friendly and proactive. Worth taking a look at if you are searching for somewhere quiet!

Flintlake is a great place to live & visit I only have issues with the visitor parking needs to be closer to the apartments instead of all the way up front & ur family lives in the back.
