This place just took my app fee and completely lied about considering my application. They stated I was denied for a reason that’s completely untrue and refuse to show me the proof of this accusation. Please save yourself from wasting your time. It’s already a red flag you have to do an app and pay a fee before you even see the home. Then they say only approved applicants can do a private viewing after signing papers. Makes no sense. But I did it anyways. Don’t pay an app fee before viewing a place and definitely do not attempt to do business with scam artists. Update the money they claim I owe to an address I knew I didn’t owe a penny to I don’t even get down like that. I would not recommend owners or tenants to work with this company. We are a military family and move often, renting quite a few houses in different states over the years. This is by far the WORST renting experience we have had. Repairs, if done at all, are not done by professionals. The owner is not contacted, we are just told no. The entire office staff, but Sue in particular, is beyond rude. I have been laughed at, yelled at, hung up on, and had the office manager defend those actions because "the bookkeepers were busy" I make an extra effort to be polite and courteous when I call, but Sue's attitude is extremely unprofessional. I am very happy with Flex Reality Management thus far. I have lived at the property I am currently at for 8 years and it has gone downhill over the years. When Flex Reality recently took over they were able to make some major improvements to the property and with communication with the tenants. I specifically spoke with Angela in the office who was very helpful and kind. I look forward to the continued improvements and good communication. Thank you Flex Realty and Angela!

Flex managed my rental for over four years and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! They communicated very well with me and, Lauri, who works on the maintenance side is wonderful to work with!! Flex Realty Property Management showed bias and lacked good communication I felt like me and my roommate were treated unfairly because of the color of our skin and us being younger also being in a nicer neighborhood , which made my experience with them uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. When we moved in there were multiple issues with the property there was no hot water for the first two weeks they gave us a broken dryer the a/c didn’t work dead light bulbs upon move in day and we didn’t get our trash bins until a month after move in day. When we would call about these issues we would get the run around and they would take a long periods of time to get back with us which is unacceptable for the amount I was paying in rent. The neighbors were very prejudiced leaving racist notes in my mailbo
