I've only been here for 2months almost. So far everything has been good it's new management. He is pretty helpful and make sure everything is going good. never brush you off like most managers when something needs fixing. For as leasing process that went smoothly and fast. Yes all bills including Everyday I see he is making improvements to make sure the complex is up to par. And for the most part people mind they own business over here😉

Shonte was able to escalate a repair to the front door of my apartment. Very pleased with the result & staff!

this is one of the worst apartments ever!!!!! utilites included doesnt make up fir the digusting units.....dennis was good but they couldnt even keep her!!!! corporate NEVER HELPS & maria is disgusting always has a nasty attitude and down right disrespectful......gonna keep it real DONT MOVE HERE NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!

I am renting a deluxe effiency unit. Which is very spacious, very cozy and homey. I also have updated appliances which are black and I love! All utilities are included in the monthly price. Late fees isn't bad. The office staff are wonderful.Can get noisy from the kids at play but over all a quite, unique, community to live in. Mostly elderly ppl are single families.

The hot water has been turned off going on 2 weeks in 2 days. I’m not blaming management because it could be due to a escalating problem from previous management that wasn’t taken care of. But I’m not really sure. What I am sure of, these are very old units that comes with old equipment, so there are going to be issues. But unless it is a last resort, do not sign a 12 month lease here, it’s reasonable but for a good reason. Settling is not ever good, but I do believe there is hope for any place of business with the right mindset. 5 year/current resident until April
