Flats on Walters

Living at Flats on Walters has been extremely disappointing. After 20 months, my apartment became unlivable due to constant, nonstop loud noise from the upstairs unit—running, jumping, and heavy impact noise every day. This was not occasional; it was continuous and exhausting. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, management failed to resolve it. I am now being forced to move out with 6 months left on my lease, yet the office insists I pay $1,702 in early termination fees, even though I’m leaving because the apartment is not livable. If you value peace, quiet, or sleep, think twice before leasing here. Poor soundproofing and lack of action on noise complaints make this a risky place to live.

They've let my door be busted out for 3 days, came to start fixing it WITHOUT any of the stuff to put back so now i have a hole in my door, as well as lying multiple times about coming to fix it. I have documented proof as well. If you want any communication from management, ask for Emily. She is the ONLY reason they aren't buried underneath a MOUNTAIN of suits. Juanita will just tell you, in front of people, while on camera, that she can find a way to break your lease, which is retaliation. Come here at your own risk.

Jon I think you are looking at the wrong property. They do not accept Section 8 or assistance. You have to be employed to get approved. Get a job and maybe you could live there. I have lived there up until I bought a home. I loved it. Juanita has always been nice and helpful to everyone. Now for the ones that has written poor reviews, probably lived nasty and /or was evicted. She takes care of the property to say it is an older place.

The Staff was Great! Just the noisy neighbor upstairs, sometimes I had to sleep at some else house, cause I be so tired from work, I couldn't sleep with all the noise from upstairs!!! the trash from upstairs to my patio, the water pouring into my bathroom from the neighbors upstairs not once but it happened 3x's, the many roaches after I moved into the apartment!!!

Lived at Flats on Walters for a year and regret every month of it. The staff? Rude, dismissive, and borderline hostile once you sign the lease.Especially Miss Juanita, She enters the apartment without knocking and acts really rude. Don’t expect any real help or basic decency after move-in — they act like you’re a burden for even asking about the things you’re paying for.
