From the very beginning, they took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service truly stands out! Liliana, the Property Manager, is also amazing—she is so kind, approachable, and always willing to help. She consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we, as tenants, are happy and taken care of. We had an amazing experience with Elvis Benítez, our leasing consultant. He was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. He gave us all the information we needed and showed us the apartment we really loved. He always had a smile on his face and made us feel very comfortable during the visit.Even while helping other people, he remained patient and professional with everyone. Our experience with him was excellent. Honestly, he deserves a raise! Five stars are not enough 10 stars for him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can’t wait to move in!

Elvis was such a big help with my tour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and transparency. He definitely gave me a good impression of the apartment complex and as such I will be leasing!

Both Oscar and Elvis are exceptional. I dealt mostly with Oscar and he deserves a raise. Anytime I ask for something besides being extremely professional he responds immediately. I highly recommend him to anyone. If I owned Apartments, he would be my first hire.

Update : How can you say that you do not have any of my information in the system and say that I am mistaken if I have the confirmation email. This complex is clearly a JOKE and made me waste my time for no reason. This is unacceptable I left work 1 hour earlier and drove 35 miles to arrive on time for my tour and arriving here the leasing office is closed. The sign clearly said that they are open till 6pm and I arrived at 4:30pm. There is no one to be seen at the office. This is very unprofessional
