Let’s start by saying I think I’ve found my new Home 🥹 I went to Tour these when the office was closed for appointments only and administrative work but SHANNON made sure I was able to tour them ! Before I even stepped foot in the door I was overwhelmed by how big the apartment was and extremely nice ! Affordable luxury?! Not to mention the view is the Mercedes Benz stadium! Now when it comes to the office staff expect nothing but the best ! Very professional, respectful and friendly. Shannon answered all my question and made me feel welcomed and at home. So if I could rate them it would be 1000/10 . I haven’t looked anywhere else since I toured these, thank you Shannon and office staff hopefully I’ll see you soon ❤️

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Terrible service, they pushed my move date back two different times after already reserving movers: i asked for a move in letter still hadn’t received. It’s been three weeks since i was approved. Approval already took two weeks in a half alone. This has been a nightmare, the staff in the office don’t answer the phone then once i ask for my application money back im told there is no refund but me not wanting to move in isn’t the problem it’s them pushing the date back every week. I should have rights to my refund! So unprofessional and just disgusting! Playing with people’s livelihood

I must start by saying Mrs Kim has been the best part of Integral since they have taken over the property. She has been very helpful throughout our stay. She was always on top of everything we needed as being almost 4 year residents. Our apartment was very nice and spacious and we were very grateful for the time we were there. Thanks again Mrs Kim and team Also Mr Garland is a great maintenance man ges on top of things and knows his job! Be Blessed.

This is by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Since moving in July 2025, I’ve had no working central A/C, no hot water for nearly two weeks, and days without electricity at move-in. Management, including Kimberley , ignored most of my emails and only responded when forced by outside agencies. Even worse, they stood by false claims in court instead of taking accountability for months of uninhabitable conditions. The lack of integrity and basic human decency is unreal. Don’t be fooled by the appearance — what you get here is neglect, dishonesty, and zero professionalism. If you value your peace of mind, stay far away from this property.

Please do not move here I was a resident here at the flats on maples street and I been experiencing a lot of stuff since I been here my unit was never up to part the staff in the rent office is disrespectful they refuse people rent after you call code enforcement they try to retaliate against you they never open 6 days a week like they suppose to be that showing signals that something illegal going on in the rent office they go back into the portal delete the lease so you can’t have proof on them they not going fix on nothing in your unit maintenance is unprofessional and disrespectful they come in into your unit without notify you they take food out your refrigerator they have a pet friendly community where people let they pet use the bathroom in front of your door and not caring about
