Flats On East Gay

I am looking forward to moving in next week. The apartments have great decor and are responsibly priced. Shout out to the Assistant Property Manager Antonio! He was and has always been a great resource. I also love the neighborhood!

Although there was a rocky transition from when I first moved into my apartment until the final months, I have to say any problems I experienced were resolved. Kaprice was especially helpful, and I thank her for all she did. Finding a good place to stay in Columbus is challenging. There will always be something to complain about, but overall my experience at Flats on East Gay was good. I believe the managers are making the necessary improvements and I’m sure it will continue to get better.

My experience has really turned around since new management and the property manager, Kaprice has taken over, my experience has been great. I really feel like we have been heard. Now that we are able to use the parking lot I dont have to worry about anyone messing with my car on the street parking. And now that the wifi issue was fixed, I can comfortably work from. I will be responding my lease.

I've lived here for 13 months now, being the first tenant to live in this unit in our newly constructed building. It's been a ride living here. The first 7 or 8 months here were horrendous, with many many let downs and disappointments. The first couple of management teams were absolutely terrible with communication, privacy, reliability, etc. I've experienced more problems in the first 7 months living here than I have dealing with any landlord my entire life. All kinds of hidden fees, paying rent is wayyyyyy more complicated than it should be. There were times it took the maintenance team UP TO TWO MONTHS to get back to me after putting in the many work orders for crucial issues (water regularly pooling in hallway, stove/oven stopped working twice, etc) I've had to put in while living here

Been in contact with Noah for about 2 weeks now and he has been super helpful in getting me settle in this place. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and has just been great overall in my experience of trying to move here. Got to see the actual apartment a few days before moving in and was not disappointed. He has been very proactive with me throughout the moving process. Great and quiet neighborhood, The whole Building is very clean. Best decision ever I love it so far.
