Flats on 5th Apartments

I moved into Flats on Fifth about a month ago and my experience has already been very frustrating. Several things in our apartment are not working properly. Our microwave doesn’t work, the lights flicker constantly and sometimes go out, and now our oven is starting to stop working as well. We’ve also had issues with the heat and the water, which are basic things every apartment should have working. On top of that, it’s been very hard to get in contact with management. They don’t answer the phone and it feels like our concerns are being ignored. There are also issues in the building itself. We’ve had random people coming up to our door knocking and dancing that we don’t even know, which makes it feel unsafe. People leave trash outside their doors in the hallway, and the smell has started

Horrible horrible experience living at the flats on fifth, we are charged about 85% of our income. They’re not low income like we’re told every year we sign a new lease. Our lease goes up $45. None of our doors are locked. We pay for amenities that we’re not receiving our pool does not get taken care of our pond is disgusting. There’s trash everywhere. You can never get a hold of anybody in the office and when you do they’re rude. The pool is full of algae. They don’t care. They opened up at a month late. They’re probably gonna close it early. They’re getting away with what they’re doing because nobody is speaking up and I’m tired of it so I have finally spoken up.

These apartments are very spacious with a variation of different shopping stores right next door! I love the washing and dryer units thats are included with the apartment making laundry more affordable. When I first moved in “Shania” who is apart of the management team was able to make my process very easy and smooth. I had absolutely no issues getting ahold of her when I had a question, and any problems or concerns was answered efficiently and effectively so I really appreciate all the help!! this year is a very good year for new beginnings and it’s really thanks to her, I can honestly say this was truly a easy and Un stressful experience thank you Gurll!!!

Shaina is very Understanding and gets things done when I come into the office she is very tentative and addresses all my issues. Please do not lose her without her residents won't know what to do. Shaina I love and thank you for everything 💗

Shaina is awesome and is so helpful. My family and I have lived here for 4 years. And we stuck to ourselves and we were one of the first couple people to move into our building and we never had that many problems. Shaina is always the helpful one that listens and takes time out of her day to Atleast listen and help others. Thank you Shaina for your help.
