Flats at Vine Street

Do NOT move to this place — in my personal experience it’s been awful. The management here has been, in my opinion, completely unprofessional. From what I’ve experienced, the manager Rubén is extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. He often avoids residents when they try to speak with him, and in my view that’s unacceptable behavior for someone in his position. Recently they started “fixing” the parking lots, and in my experience it’s been a disaster. They sent out an email threatening to tow cars without even knowing if residents might be out of town and unable to move their vehicles. Parking here is already scarce, and in my opinion they’ve handled it terribly. Ruben and Yulima have been amazing and I appreciate all their help. I highly recommend the Flats at Vine Street to everyone. Leandro does a great job of maintaining the premises as well. Thank you for all you do!

There’s roaches in the units. I bought the renters insurance through lemonade, like they said, and they’re charging me for not having renters insurance even when I moved out. I’ve emailed and called them to show proof that I did in fact have the insurance while I was there but no luck. They’re only quick to send you what’s due and only care about money. I only had my unit for 3 days and had to leave these disgusting apartments. I broke my lease but I would rather do that than live in those conditions. All Ruben said in regard to the roaches was that he’ll add me to the weekly list for the exterminator to come by the unit 😂 just shows there’s MULTIPLE units infested.

Amazing customer service from Yulima the leasing agent. She worries about your needs always make sure and goes all that on anything regarding the Flats. She really knows how to impress clients and tenants. Totally bilingual.

I give them 5 starts cause I love the help I got from Yulima she have patience’s you can ask her so many questions and she will answer it and the place is neat and is beautiful… if you guys wanna check an apartment I recommend these one
