Flats at Stones Crossing

The leasing office employees have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once you are a tenant you are an inconvenience. When I first moved in a had someone staying with me to help me get settled, and asked for a temporary parking pass. The very next day there was a notice on the vehicle that it was going to get towed. I went back to the leasing office and explained the tow notice that was out on the vehicle, and offered to give the office the license plate number of the vehicle. I advise of the temporary parking pass and asked what could be done to prevent the vehicle from being towed. They assured me not to worry and asking as the parking pass clearly displayed the vehicle would not be towed. That night the vehicle was towed. When I called the leasing office the next day to

If you live here most likely you will not be able to park in front of your own building. They is never adequate parking and it’s common to have a long walk back to your building because of this. Instead of having a decent amount of spots for everyone now they’re towing cars without stickers.. like they did mine on New Year’s Eve; the leasing office was closed that day so I was on my own trying to find my car when I’m supposed to be with family. My car had only recently has not had a sticker because it got tinted but they still paid to get it towed on a holiday without giving any notice. Other than the occasional package thief the apartments themselves are great but good luck with the leasing office, they might as well get AI robots there

if I could give it zero stars, I would. The property is not the problem, the staff in the leasing office is. Very sneaky and unprofessional- if you move here keep an eye on your monthly charges. Overall, don't believe the reviews of those who just moved here or are excited to move here, they don't know what they are talking about, read the reviews of those that have lived here for a while and take note. The worst part is the bugs around the pond though - an INSANE amount to where you are just walking through constant clouds of them. I need some window issues fixed so they don’t come inside but there is only one poor soul in charge of maintenance for the whole community so it will probably take a while before he has time.

We loved our stay at Flats at Stones Crossing. Very well maintained society with 24/7 access to community gym. Quick response to service calls. Helpful staff members. I highly recommend this place. Of course the location is great with close proximity to stores/gas stations/restaurant/hospital everything. I can't give 4.5 rating but for me its 4.5/5.0
