I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding support I received from the leasing consultant Abi. From the very first conversation, she was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. Every question I had — big or small — was answered clearly and promptly, which made the entire process feel effortless. But there were some initial problems when we moved in due to some outstanding maintenance issues which were addressed eventually.

I lived at this apartment complex for five years, and unfortunately my experience was ultimately very unsatisfactory. Management was unprofessional and unhelpful, and I was charged for renter’s insurance despite having valid existing coverage on file. This issue was not handled properly, and the charges were not resolved in a timely or transparent manner even after submitting required documentation. I trusted them and didn’t check my statements every month, turns out they charged me for 8 consecutive months even though I already had coverage This lack of clarity and accountability is disappointing, especially after being a long-term resident. I have been living here since 2018. The rent keeps getting higher. The service is poor. Every month there is an inspection with little to no notice. They enter the apartment without any note what the reason they came in for. They leave a trail of dirty shoes. The roaches are atrocious. The garbage collector seems like we are doing them a favor by having trash. They will not pick it if it was a pound heavier. Maintenance closes work order without even fixing anything. I will not renew.

I had a great experience touring the apartment complex with Destiny. They were very professional and welcoming throughout the visit. They patiently answered all my questions, highlighted the community features clearly, and gave me a good sense of what it would be like to live here. I especially appreciated how attentive and friendly they were. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service left a strong impression, and I truly felt valued as a potential resident.
