Flats at Market Street

Unlike many reviews from evicted tenants l currently live here. The simple question is would I recommend someone to live here - no. Since the take over by the new ownership maintenance has gone downhill. The grill is the primary issue for me. They are completely unusable and dilapidated (pictured). I have not been able to grill anything for about 6 months. As a resident you (me) pay $75/month for this and other services. My second issue is l asked to have my door refurbished. The paint is cracking and is an eyesore (pictured). Again, this is going back about 6 months. And another problem is the pool. It’s a wonderful pool. Unfortunately it wasn’t open to the residents until halfway through the summer. And there are definitely other maintenance issues that l am adding in the gallery. When l

UPDATE: HOT WATER OFF AGAIN FOR LAST THREE DAYS! I do not live here but know some folks that do. The water is heated by gas...and the gas pipes have been out of service since Nov. 5. due to a gas leak. They have had NO HOT WATER SINCE NOV. 5. The gas company is doing its best but nothing so far. Heat is electric but turning it on might cause a gas spark. So some may choose to not turn on the heat during this freeze. It is now a health dept issue to say the least. This is very shoddy and unacceptable...and dangerous. I suggest tenants contact Frances Weller at WECT for coverage and resolution of this issue. SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT!

The property manager Madeline waddell sentenced to a fake resident portal the website was flatsatmarket/residentporta If you see the l is missing a portal then you're absolutely right I have every single receipt for the last 3 months from this same "resident portal" that my landlord had given us to pay rent through. We went to court three different times and produced these receipts in one in court every single time we also have a signature from Madeline waddell that saying we're up to rent on one of the receipts she was fired after they found out what she done and we got a lawsuit against her, now none of the staff or management is acknowledging that the portal existed and we owe over $5,000. What a shame, I wanted to love this place so bad. Upon first arrival and throughout our tour (hosted by Maddie, shes a gem and not inlcluded in my one star review) I was really into the idea of what they were going for. It was giving an Almost Famous vibe with the pool and the rooms surrounding the hang out areas. Rooms were cool, but nothing to write home about. Had the necessities, but no thoughtful storage systems or small details that people remember. My boyfriend and I struggled with this application process. I wanted to pull my hair out. And the best part is they are no help, at all, whatsoever. Maddie helped as much as she could, but is restricted to access of files and honestly, doesn't seem as though she is provided the tools she needs to succeed. The maintenance man was very frie

VIVO Living has been a God Send for my Mother living on a low income. The staff at VIVO (Sonya) was so helpful and accommodating to me and my Mom. The community is low key and perfect..!! Go check it out…and you can see for yourself👌🤗
