Flats at Dunlap

Its ok Was much better but now they are letting anyone just move in. The people movibg in now have zero pride in keeping a nice apt complex. Its starting to look like a section 8 spt complex. But the biggest complaint is they just Tenants just stack trash up outside the trash bins instead of putting it inside them. Once it gets warmer out we will Definitely have a rodent problem .The city and local news needs to be made aware of this..Sad thing is this used to be a really nice complex with nice people. Its 3rd world now

Great and lively community but the areas everywhere are trashed. The basketball court kinda sucks too with all the dirt stuck on there, it turns into mud when it becomes wet and its a nuisance whenever you’re trying to play ball.

I’m very disappointed with the maintenance response in this community. During my last lease renewal, there was a major water leakage right above my bathtub. I had to deal with it for over a month before it was finally repaired — during that time, I couldn’t even use my own bathroom and had to rely on friends just to take a shower. Now, after the so-called “repair,” there’s mold growing in the same area, and it’s spreading into my closet. The smell is unbearable, especially whenever the upstairs residents use their toilet — it seeps into my bathroom and closet. I reported this issue with pictures on October 1st and even spoke to the maintenance team in person, but no one has come to take care of it yet. Olivia was so amazing to work with it was so easy and she was so very nice. She was so informative and even walked us to the unit and showed us and convinced us to get the most upgraded unit. She did a great job. I have never dealt with somebody so professional industry I I look forward to living flats.

I have only been here almost 2 months but so far I like it! Echoe has been great, very helpful and accommodating. I did have a problem with a very noisy upstairs neighbor but that since has been remedied. It’s my first apartment experience so I’m extra sensitive to stuff I’m not used to. That being said other than the one neighbor I have no complaints about the others in my building. I’m curious to see how the summer months play out. It took a little bit for my work order to be completed. Communication on the delay of things could be a little better however the maintenance guys are very friendly and do a great job! I think sometimes people forget that it takes time for things that have to be ordered for a repair to come in and that these guys can only be in so many places at once. Howeve
