Flats at Brentwood

We just moved in during the last week of August, Cecil was in good communication with us and very helpful cannot say enough about his efforts, the manager in the office is very sweet to the kids and quick to fix problems when she can. There have been some issue with double rent charges and extra fees appearing in the portal, the office staff has been good about fixing it. The unsung hero of the property is Roberto he is always here doing something, with a smile on his face and trying to get things right. When we moved in the dishwasher didn’t work and it slipped my mind to report, our sink leaked on the apartment below and when he came to fix it I mentioned the dishwasher, expecting he would fix it another time. 9 pm he tests it Carrie’s it out and brought a working one in by himself was c

Avrey and Ashley really love the property and it shows! Safe, clean, and a lovely place to live. New construction being completed showing reinvestment in the property and residents!! Would definitely recommend

This place is disgusting. The guy in the office was SO rude and disgusting as well, and they are totally ok with continuing to rent apartments with sewer lines overflowing everywhere. One was constantly leaking for months and months with flies and toilet paper and turds on the ground where children play and people walk, and it made my husband sick. The air smells foul. This place is a health hazard.

I just wanted to commend Roberto for doing such a wonderful job on installing the new AC unit Tuesday at the Flats at Brentwood! He was professional, cordial, and he did it by himself! It's easily a two man job! And could have been wrapped up a lot faster! If he had help! He made sure it was running properly before he left! And he returned as promised the next day to make sure everything was as it should be! He also helped us with additional things in the apartment as well. That helps make things comfortable and functional for everyone living here, your lucky to have such a dedicated worker! Working for your company.

Mr.Cecil got me and my son our first apartment to call home ! I truly deeply appreciate him so much for helping me through the process after hours ! He did an amazing job and helped me out through everything ! He was never rude about me not knowing anything about me getting my first apartment and was super sweet and professional the whole time ! I truly do appreciate him deeply and sincerely ❤️ He will get you right yall ! ❤️ I wasn’t disappointed at all :D
