Flats 8300

I cannot say enough good things about my experience moving into this complex! From start to finish, the process was seamless. I didn't have a traditional move-in situation, which usually adds a lot of stress, but Sabrina, the Community Manager, was an absolute lifesaver. She is incredibly communicative, proactive, and stayed on top of every single detail to ensure I was taken care of. She made what could have been a complicated transition feel completely effortless. The concierge staff are amazing as well. Ms.Rosa helped me set up everything with furniture delivery and the entire staff is super welcoming. The level of professionalism and care here is unmatched, I highly recommend!

Working with Sabrina was great! She was very proactive in her communication so I always knew what to expect and be prepared for. She was also very helpful in answering nay questions I had throughout the process and getting everything set up for my move in.

I moved into Flat 8300 in 2016 when the building was still under construction. In the early years, the building was excellent—very well-managed, clean, and filled with respectful residents. Miss Parker, who was part of the original management team, was outstanding and really set a high standard for the building. Unfortunately, after Miss Parker left and the management and staff changed, the quality of the building declined noticeably. The responsiveness, professionalism, and overall atmosphere never returned to what it used to be. Over time, things continued to get worse, even as rent kept increasing. The change in management was ultimately the main reason I decided to leave. It’s disappointing, because the building used to be a great place to live.

Went there for a company party and had the chance to view one of their 3 bedroom apartments. It was very nice. Great living space and bedrooms with walk in closet and sizeable bathrooms. The party room and rooftop patio was awesome! If you're looking for a new home this is the place for you!

I feel like my time has come to an end living at flats 8300. Under the old management Buzzuto things were pretty good. But since the recent takeover of the new management company “Air” things have not been the same. Unfortunately this place does not have guest/ visitor parking. It has become an inconvenience for my friends and family. The only solution provided was to have them park in a garage down the street where anything could happened to their car. There is also a fee for them to park there. The issue that I have is that our parking garage is never full so there is an option to create visitor guest parking. For the price that we pay I feel that there should be parking for family and friends. 6 months and counting with no resolution since renewing my lease. There are other issues like
