Flashcube Luxury Apartments

We recently toured Flashcube with Candice, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the building and amenities. Candice took her time walking us through each space, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. She really highlighted what makes Flashcube unique! Her professionalism and friendly personality made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re considering Flashcube, do yourself a favor and ask for Candice. Her service truly stands out, and she made our decision-making process so much easier. Highly recommend!

I love living here. There were a few hiccups when I moved in with getting Homebase to run smoothly but those issues have been resolved. Candice and Jaden are fantastic. Candice was instrumental in getting me to move here and Jaden was very helpful with the Homebase issue. It is nice to see them everyday as they are always genuine and nice.

In my 2nd year here and liking things. The amenities are unmatched. Location is excellent with easy streetcar access. Candice and Jaden have been friendly and super helpful with everything ive needed including my key fobs breaking. Also love that we have a snack room available. Recommended for anyone thinking about downtown living

I have lived so many places over the years, and this is the first I can say that I actually love. The space and amenities are wonderful, but the staff are what make this such a great place to live. From the front desk (Jaden & Candice) to the maintenance staff (Arthur & Brandon), we’ve felt that our experience living here has actually mattered, which is so rare these days. 10/10!

I have been at Flashcube for 2 months now and the stay has been pleasant so far. JB and Candice have been very helpful with getting settled in. They've gone above and beyond concerning the smart lock system, planning community events, and setting up a lock box. I'm often greeted in a friendly manner. The lobby is always tidy, and I know I can come to them with any question and they'll point me in the right direction :)
