Flamingo Crossings Village (East)

Overall not a terrible experience, HOWEVER beware of their very unreliable mail system. There was a time I came into the mail room and a bunch of random people’s packages were just on the floor (pictured below). There was a mail cart nearby with no employees in the small building. Had I not called the office and alerted them, I’m not sure how long the packages would have been sitting there.. Another time, there were just some boxes sitting outside while an employee was just talking to some resident inside. There were also two letters my family friends properly addressed to me that I never received. I want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team, especially Manuel and Kelly. They are always kind, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and they did an excellent job painting the apartment after my roommates moved out. I truly appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. Great service every time!

The community center, and other amenities here at Flamingo Crossing have been fantastic! I also love the events that they’ve been holding for residents as well. Maintenance has been very responsive, fixing any issues within the same day a work order is submitted. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Their customer service sucks. My friend lives here for the Disney college program and she had horrible roommates for MONTHS and Flamingo wouldn’t help her. She tried contacting Flamingo on multiple occasions about her options for transferring rooms, but nobody gave her a direct answer. She was accepted for a transfer at the end of her program, but now there isn’t a point for transferring. She tried contacting Flamingo on if she’ll be charged a fee for declining the transfer, and nobody answered her question. Now she has received an invoice for $200 that will be taken out of her paycheck for transferring. Flamingo’s communication skills SUCK.

Brand-new, modern and turn-key apartments with elevators for Disney College Program students & staff. Very nice and well thought out complex with everything you need including furniture, common areas, gym, pool, basketball courts, amphitheater, among other new facilities. It is a gated community and is protected by 24hr security guards.
