Flagstone

I Spent 2 years in this apartment. If anyone is moving to Fargo, I would recommend this complex immediately. I loved the affordability with a garage, safe and quit space & the property management would always work with you!

Don't recommend renting with these people. Save yourself the headache and money. They were nice in the beginning to rope you in. The apartments are reasonably priced but riddled with crime. "Management" picks and choses who and what they are willing to work on/with. Luckily up until the end they were nice to our apartment; until check-out time. The check out process was horrific, we got charged for 'carpet cleaning' on brand new carpet and we also still haven't got our deposit check back from last year!!!

I’ve lived here for almost a year- I will be moving out at the end of my one year lease due to insanely loud upstairs neighbors all the time (which is not Flagstones fault, they cannot control that.) so i cannot speak to the move out process and how it is yet. But over the past year management has been super nice. There have been a few things that have broke since living here, they try their best to fix it within a few days of me putting a repair order in. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at Flagstone and everyone is super kind. I’ll update about how to the move out process is when my lease is up.🙂

I never had problem with anything over here in Flagstone. Considering it is a goldmark management and has reputation not having good management i honestly had no problems. Maintenance was done within 24 hrs of notice. The apartments are clean. The neighbors are not loud and have had no noise complaints. I lived here for more than a year i would recommend people to check this apt out.

Management is very terrible. They only care about rent money and security deposit when you move. They don't remove snow in time and only give excuses when you call them. Look somewhere else. We only realized they've taken our security deposit a month after we move out. They will say anything to keep your security deposit, including lying. They took our money for a hole that never existed. They could not even show us what they took our security deposit for. Live here and regret later.
