Five Twenty Virginia Apartments

Beautiful apartments right in the middle of Fletcher Place Neighborhood! The area is incredibly walkable to multiple coffee shops, parks, bakeries, breweries, and great restaurants (with just a short walk over the highway to downtown Fountain Square with even more!) I love living in this area and the experience at 520 Virginia Apartments has been great. Beautiful high ceilings, huge windows with natural light, spacious, updated kitchens, and overall great amenities! Maintenance is VERY responsive and quick! I haven't experienced any negatives and have been here almost a year.

I have been living at Five Twenty Virginia Apartments for six months and have had a great experience so far! Five Twenty feels like home and I hope to stay here as long as I can! Before I moved into my unit, the leasing agent I worked with, Asia, was very helpful in answering all my questions about the unit and Core Redevelopment in general. She was patient with me as I toured multiple units. She excels at her job and made the moving process so easy! The Core Redevelopment staff is also very communicative about any issues or updates with regular maintenance, and tries to foster a sense of community with events around the holidays. Drove an hour north to tour a unit, arrived 10 minutes early, gave a call to the management office to let them know I’d arrived, and was told Abigail (I think?) would greet me at the door soon (no way to enter the building without a key). Proceeded to wait outside for 40 minutes, called the office back four times only to have them pick up but immediately end the call back down. Huge waste of my day, which is a shame because the building is beautiful and I was excited to tour it.

Best location in Indy for access to Fletcher Place, Fountain Square, and downtown. Gorgeous high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in every room. Vintage & historic feel with modern appliances. Loved living here!
