This Jamaican lady Sharron is sooo unprofessional!!her attitude is horrible!!this has been the worst experience ever in all my 15years of leasing please do not waist ur time with this company!!they don’t fix nothing!!the houses come in unlivable conditions !!!there communication is way off!!u will end up with a headache thru out ur whole lease

I have never rented from such horrible people in my life. Every house they rent is filled with mold , they do not fix anything I lived in a house without a working stove for 5 months . If you rent from them keep all pictures and conversations because they will try to kick you out if you ask them to fix anything. Sharron is very unprofessional and will make your life a living hell . They go back on there contract please do not rent from them .

They are rude an disrespectful they make business calls sometimes at 11 at night an they take there time to fix things around your house and expect rent on time every month an threatens to evict when they don’t get what they want from u. They also come up with bizarre charges an pocket the money. I don’t. Care how hard times are for u do not rent from these slum lords. They should be reported. They don’t deserve any stars.

One of the absolute worst experiences ever. First of all there a Jamaican woman who was beyond rude! She was the type of rude that you definitely do not want to deal with. First red flag. Second red flag,, when the wife and I actually saw the house it reeked like something died! Not only did it smell bad but the house was a complete disaster! Horrible. I advise all to not rent from these people. Especially with the horrible attitude jamiacan woman. Smh

Y’all are just full of it! Never want to fix anything but want y’all rent on time. Do not rent here!!
