I’ve had an excellent experience at Fitzroy Promenade. The amenities truly stand out — the resort-style pool feels like a vacation spot, and the fitness center is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The entire property is beautifully maintained, from the landscaping to the common areas, which really adds to the upscale atmosphere. The staff has been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s clear they care about maintaining a high standard for the community. Overall, this is a beautiful place to live with top-tier amenities and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

I have a family member that lives here and hosted a family gathering. Everything was amazing! Absolutely beautiful. Someone dropped a ring down the sink and a maintenance person came up immediately (on a weekend evening!) and retrieved it for them. She (I think her name was Sherry) was so sweet and helpful!!! We highly recommend for anyone looking for a place.

I had the opportunity to live at this establishment for 3 years and let me share a few of the sights and smells of this place. When I first moved in the building was brand new everything was nice inside and outside my apartment. Well the only thing that stayed nice was the inside of my apartment behind my door. The outside turned into a disgusting place that definitely would fail multiple health code violations. One example is a resident vomited in the stair well in the building and now one ever cleaned it so it actually eroded the paint on the walls and made the stairwell smell like rotten milk till the day I moved out 5 months later. The steps had a disgusting smell looking change to them so I would have to step around to avoid the vomit stains that stayed once again for 5 months. When w

These luxury apartments are absolutely beautiful. Staff are amazing people. Sherri the maintenance lady is such an great lady. Very helpful. And it is close to all shopping you might want to get in.

I have to say that the new team here are getting things done. The staff are all friendly and courteous. The property is tackling any new issues in a timely fashion and with a true dedicated attitude. Highly recommended this property if you’re looking for a luxury property.
