Acting as my General Contractor, Sean & crew have done an outstanding job on repairs and renovations to my recently purchased historical home. He has provided services like installing new sub flooring, repair of 1869 balcony, removing and repairing bad cabinets, and stabilizing the foundation on the original cook house. He tells you what he is going to do, shows up as scheduled, does the work, is timely and a true craftsman.
