Mauricio Drellana and Jorge Alvarez are two of the best workers at the Beach Club building Tower 3. They have provided such great care and attention to me and my family for over 5 years. Always greeting us with kindness and warmth to our home. Any time there is an issue, they are the first to act to help and quickly resolve what is at hand. They truly are the Dream Team!

Mauricio Orellana and Jorge Alvarez have been providing me and my family with the best service at The Beach Club over the past few years! They are extremely attentive, caring, and will genuinely go out of their way to provide you with the best concierge service. Greeting you with a friendly face and smile all the time, this team has truly become friends to our family. I appreciate seeing Mauricio and Jorge everyday and am grateful to have such wonderful people in The Beach Club Tower 3!

My experience living here has been very positive. Melissa in the office was very helpful when my AC unit broke down. I would also like to mention Ruth Ortiz. She is a very hardworking person and she always has time to ask how I am doing. Both are great employees

I needed help with disposing household goods in my neighborhood and Marjorie Fleuridor was extremely helpful. She definitely went above and beyond to help me!! Claudia Perez seems to be a great leader for our neighborhood also. These two ladies are so incredible to work with compared to the people that just left from here. Welcome ladies!
