I cannot say enough good things about Denise, the property manager at The Ayer. Over my lifetime, I have worked with hundreds of property managers, and Denise truly stands in a league of her own. She is absolutely wonderful to interact with..always in a genuinely great mood and deeply dedicated to her work. She possesses that rare "X factor" and simply knows how to get things done efficiently and effectively. I also have to highlight the maintenance manager, Myles, who does an incredible job keeping everything running smoothly. Together, Denise and Myles are an absolute powerhouse. They are, without a doubt, two of the best people in the business.

I have lived at The Ayer for 13 years. We are a much smaller building than many of First Service Residential's buildings and as such we are the training ground for your employees. Too many times Managers have been snatched away from us after we had tolerated their learning curve! Denis Bleiler is a gem. It is obvious that she loves her job and we love her. She is extremely quick to answer whatever the residents need. If the need can't be met quickly, she will get back to the resident and/or all the residenrts to explain why there is a delay. She has worked very hard to grow a strong staff with a good esprit de corps. I have noticed how the staff now fills in with grace when one of them can't be here. That sort of team work doesn't happen without a leader who nurtures the team. D

I recently relocated to Philadelphia which was a BIG change. Found the perfect "city" spot (space, amenities, views, location, w/parking) everything checked all the boxes. What I wasn't sure of is the building itself, how it was managed, the people who run it, etc. The day to day things. You don't know, until you actually start living there, right? Well I'm happy to report from the top down; Patrick Yesko and the ENTIRE supporting team are ELITE. They are the cherry on top; Mitch, Jay, Ty, Phillip, Lateefah, Chanae, Lay, Rebecca, Eric they are all beyond pleasurable to interact with. Responsive, helpful, kind and 100% of the time, with a warm smile. With so many options within Philadelphia, they make MetroClub Condos the best place to reside.

I have lived at The Ayer since 2008.  There have had a number of Building Managers through these 18 years but no one as talented as Denise BLEILER.  Denise has many strengths including her responsiveness, commitment, interpersonal skill, and ability to manage our staff and various vendors.    Her “can-do” attitude is especially notable —whenever I have mentioned something to her (e.g. quality of the plantings in our outside planters), it gets the timely attention it needs.   Interpersonally, she always has a ready smile and invariably greets residents in the most affable way.  Hers is not an easy job but she takes everything in stride and answers any question knowledgeably and quickly.  If I had one wish for Denise it would be that we could find her a bigger office at The Ayer!

First Service, who is the management company constantly delivers exceptional customer service and go above and beyond all of our customer needs. I have been so lucky to work with Denise and her team for the last few years. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication.
