Expect this company and their employees to respond by the book with general avoidance of most questions and lack of depth to make you jump through hoops to get a hold of them. They reply with -noreply emails and will never make it easy. HOAs are designed to help a community, but unfortunately this is a prime example of a cash grabbing company with zero interest in anything other than their own profit.

Debbie Cooper was a great joy to work with. She made things very easy for us with us being out of state. She even made great furniture recommendations for us so we were able to furnish our entire condo in one weekend.

Tabatha Stevenson is our property manager for Willow Bend. She is very professional, efficient and kind. We had 5 or 6 other property managers within a year, so Tabatha has been a breath of fresh air! She responds to my emails and request almost immediately! We are lucky to have her as our property manager! Thanks for all you do Tabatha!

I have been trying to get First Service Residential to maintain the weeds around our pond in Sunset Landing for over 2 months or longer. I have been given excuse after excuse for months now. I did get an email saying effective immediately they would be maintaining it on August 1, 2025, however nothing has been done. First Service is HORRIBLE! The lack of communication and response time is Absolutely Nonsense! I don’t understand how hard this is? I send emails weekly to remind them and get a response that “ we will work through this?” I don’t want to work through this, I want action and do what I pay my HOA fees for! This company should not be in business and taking money from our community if they can not do the job they were hired for. Unprofessional, Inexcusable, and Absolutely Horrible!
