I had an urgent matter that required an immediate response from an HOA representiative with Holiday Farms. I was able to connect with Megan Holcombe. Not only was she very professional, but also empathetic and efficient in her response time to my urgent matter. I was relieved and pleasantly pleased how Megan took on my request and handled it as if it was her own. I never had to work with a member of the Holiday Farms HOA before, and it was as pleasant and smooth as it could be. Sara Morones manages our community and does a wonderful job! She always answers any emails I’ve sent her with my concerns or questions , professionally and quickly! At our HOA meetings, she’s always prepared and has a wealth of information about any questions that come up from homeowners. She’s very pleasant and helpful. We really appreciate the work she does to keep our neighborhood looking great!

Sara Morones is the best! We absolutely LOVE attending the Bella Via marketplace festivals. It brings so many people in the community and surrounding areas together, it supports local small businesses, and is a great source of entertainment for local residents!
