As a homeowner in the Citro community in Fallbrook, I want to share how impressed I am with the customer service Brandon Garza provides. From day one, communication has been clear, timely, and genuinely helpful. Any question or concern I’ve had—big or small—has been handled professionally and with care, and I never feel like I’m being brushed off or treated like just another number. Brandon is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in the well-being of our community. Issues are followed up on, expectations are explained clearly, and there’s a strong sense of accountability. That level of service makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day living and gives me confidence that Citro is in good hands. I highly recommend Brandon based on his outstanding customer service.

Lori Smith from FirstService was amazingly helpful while trying to get an emergency permit from our HOA so I could install a new water heater. She worked tirelessly for 48 hours to contact Board members on a holiday weekend so I could install my new water heater. She communicated often and kept me updated regularly, even after work hours. She seemed to genuinely care and went out of her way for me and my family. I truly appreciated all her efforts. Thanks Lori!

Terrible service for paying HOA fee. We have an issue that our neighbor start building lanscape without submitting landscape. I also, contacted Brandon Garza the community Manager just brushed off the situation. As far as I know there are no action was taken. Please address this immediately.

Lori Smith is by far the best HOA manager I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very organized, she knows exactly what the processes are and protocols highly efficient and very knowledgable. I trust her to take care of the requests and issues that come up with my home/property. She works diligently, thorough and excellent work ethics. I mean I can't say enough, if I was her employer I would be blown away by the she takes care of business. I would definitely hire, promote and give her a raise!
