FirstService Residential Boca Raton

FirstService Residential has been our management company at Valencia Falls for the last few years. We recently underwent a 18 month $7 million clubhouse and bocce ball court renovation, which was supervised by our HOA, and FirstService employee Russ Gaglio now retired. Russ was our property manager. Remarkably, the project was completed within our budget, and the results are spectacular. We did not have a social director at the time, so our new property manager Dee Lopez assumed those responsibilities, in effect filling two roles. Sussie at Tierra Verde Delray is absolutely amazing. Every question I’ve asked has been answered within minutes, via email, in phone or in person! The level of care and attention is impressive. The community is well taken care of, clean, organized, beautiful, and they put the residents first! It has everything you would like and maintains rules that keep everyone in mind. We love it!
