I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance technician at FirstKey Homes. He recently replaced our dishwasher and smoke alarm, and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was very professional, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail. He made sure both the dishwasher and smoke alarm were installed properly and fully functioning before he left. He also cleaned up everything afterward and answered any questions I had. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right. We really appreciate the prompt and quality service!

Firstkey Tampa/Clearwater has a great maintenance man with Tony. Always great resolution and knows a lot. The company itself is a challenge to contact someone who can resolve anything. Contact center is India and state someone will call you today but they don't. Good resolution of issues after major hurricane. You can't call the power or water company about anything because everything is registered through YES Mgmt account. If utilities not paid before rent is due on the 1st it comes off the authorized autopay amount and leaves you short rent and owing late fees. They raise the rent a lot every year based on "market". It went up 25% in 4 years and is reason we are leaving. This home layout is awesome and in great location but utilities avg $500 month. Rently Tours app made it easy to self

Dore attended to a Maintenance request I submitted regarding my stove top no longer functioning. He was professional throughout the process. When he called to inform me of his arrival time, I mentioned not being able to be there for another 45 minutes. He was very understanding and accommodated my schedule without any inconvenience. He arrived promptly presenting a positive attitude and maintaining a courteous demeanor. Dore communicated the issues and the steps involved to making the repair. When I was on the phone and he needed to use the vacuum, he informed me of the noise and asked for my permission to proceed, demonstrating respect and consideration. His professionalism and Customer Service were exemplary. I would be pleased to have him handle future maintenance requests. Thank you, D

Shannon H. with FirstKey Homes was absolutely awesome to work with and went above and beyond during our service visit. He showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issues, and handled multiple repairs with confidence and skill, including fixing the dishwasher and repairing the electrical box to restore the refrigerator breaker. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to see someone take this much pride in their work Shannon truly knocked it out of the park. I only wish he had not gotten sick on his recent vacation, sorry man haha! (This was his third fix at our home, we’ve been here for years.)
