This realtor is a root problem with the area they under play the isolation that the area has like no power,no sewage,no water existing utilities and no road maintenance for anything outside of city limits. They don't inform buyers of important owner information like the fact outside the city limits you have NO FIRE Department RESPONSE promised. The area is a unincorporated dead zone. The nearby fire department's try to respond out of decency not requirement since no one else will. They are covered by ambulances for the area. All this and to have be required to pay a HOA fee for your square of dirt.

Great experience dealing with first united realty. I got what I was looking for in apache county. There is almost a mile between me and the next cabin. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Worst reality company in the US! How are they still in business? Make you sign a "road maintenance agreement". I have paid in good standing the last 7 years. For the last 3 years the roads have not been done, I miss my payment this year and they threaten to put a lien on my property. What are we paying for? I guess as others reviews stated it must be paying legal fees for this shady company!

First united and their agent were very helpful in finding us a property. They were very knowledgeable with the properties and surrounding areas.

We bought from first United Realty in St. John’s Arizona. We agreed to a POA only to get here and live here and find out that the money is not spent on Wells and roads. It spent on attorney fees for our realtor that we bought from. Please do not buy from this company. It is a huge fraud. The POA is a mess and First United Realty and their realtors are behind it all. We live up here and I don’t recommend it. It is beautiful land but the realty and the POA are a scam in a sham. Please buy from a personal person and not from this company like we did.
