We are so satisfied with how seamless our escrow officer, Denise Brehm, executed our home purchase at the San Joaquin River Club. Homes at the club are unique because they do not involve banks or mortgage companies so very few escrow companies can take on this type of deal. Denise spent time getting to know the process and was very responsive and thorough with all her work. Thank you again!!!

After purchasing a home the selling agent wanted to use this company. We never really spoke to this escrow company and they automatically put our new home in our name. Never bothering to ask if we had a trust set up. Now that we have closed escrow and want to put our new house in our trust it’s going to cost us upwards of $1000. They are not very informative and I would not recommend using them. They just want to close the deal the best way for them. Don’t use them.
