I would advise caution when considering this company for a VA refinance. Our experience has been disappointing. Initially, Dylan , our finance coordinator, was attentive, providing regular updates on rates and encouraging us to proceed with their services. The scheduling of the settlement date was handled promptly. However, we encountered a significant issue: the initial payoff amount provided by our previous mortgage company was understated by approximately $3,000. Although the documentation from Swift indicated that they would cover the total payoff of the old mortgage, this commitment was not honored.
