Kim Estill with First Texas Homes - La Frontera is a great sales associate. She helped us with a floor plan that we modified quite a bit. She has great suggestions and is very thoughtful and kind. We loved working with her. Jim Reed the builder is fantastic! He kept us informed along the process of building and worked with us with any changes or questions. Would highly recommend anyone to build here in La Frontera.

Beth and her assistant, Mary, have been fantastic to work with. They're both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. Beth and Mary both embody the spirit of exceptional customer service. They've made the home-buying experience less hectic and much more personal than other big name builders. The build quality of First Texas Homes is superior to the mass production builders, and the fit, finish, and materials are all premium - a refreshing find in the current builder market. Customization options abound, and nearly any request is possible if you have the budget. These homes aren't cheap, but they are an incredible value. The La Cantera community is beautiful, and it's *just* remote enough to feel secluded while still being close to food, entertainment, and shopping.

Seemed to be good quality builders. Low prices, informative service. But ALL THE WORKERS in the new homes didn't wear masks‼️😳 REALLY👎👎👎😬😬😬

Best experience ever! First Texas Homes-La Frontera was the best experience. they helped us to buy and build our home, and they also accomplished one of our goals for the family. We worked with Kim Estill and Mr. Jim our builder, from the start to finish they were very professional, responsive and kind. they treat you like family. First Texas Homes La-Frontera has the most dedicated team I have ever work with. Mr. Steve and Mr. Ken were always helpful and available to answer all our questions. They made the process of building our home enjoyable and an easy experience.

I havent been to this neighborhood, but writing this review for Kim. She is hands down the best when it comes to home building consultation. We worked with her when we built our home in Keller area. She has done a fantastic job.
