If you think it is ok for a trustee to not be given access to election data (simply, a tally of which unit voted) which was repeatedly requested with the rights and fiduciary obligation to do so cited from the declaration of trust and repeatedly rejected by first realty mgt, along with other suspicious (and documented) activity revolving around the election, lawyer, candidates, then first realty mgt is for you.

This company is untrustworthy. Their consistent lack of transparency and use of underhanded tactics create significant hardship for residents

Management was not helpful whatsoever during the time my package was stolen. Full of fake words and promises. The front desk staff were way more helpful. I feel that management should have guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

I am a TOC Resident for the past 47+ years. The management of this bullding is superb! The current First Realty staff Franny &Yensi & Sean are excellent! Response to questions or problems is instantaneous. They and their staff are friendly, helpful and always available. The environment in the building is more like a "family" where staff and neighbors are always willing to help each other with a problem. Support services were orgnized during COVID for shopping assistance and other aide an individual mightr need. Events are planned on a regular basis to engage residents. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and neighborly. A BIG THANK YOU to all who live and work here!

FRM has been wonderful overseeing our property in Braintree. Both the property manager and her supervisor are extremely responsive. We have been without a Maintenance person for some time, however, both the property manager and the corporate team have been helpful with prioritizing problems and working with the owners for solutions.
