Do not choose this company! They will never return your deposit no matter what. We left out apartment in perfect condition and they still kept our deposit! And they want you to pay for utilities for 3 days after your lease is over for you to pay for their expenses!! Choose another rental company!!

I would list as zero if possible. We are being asked to renew our lease 9months early?!?! Who makes life decisions 9 months ahead of time??? This isnt a student apartment. This is a single family home. Also, to owners thinking about using this company to represent you, dont bother. Repairs aren't done and houses are left in disarray for the next residents. We are talking peeling paint, broken tile, missing smoke detectors and shelving being held up without proper anchoring.

I am extremely upset with First Realty Services and Russell Construction of Alabama, Inc. They have been working on the exterior of our buildings at my apt complex for a while now, but their construction crew has left their already eaten chicken wing bones all over my building's yard. This isn't just my complaint, other residents have had the same issue with their pets. This morning, I had to wrestle a chicken wing bone out of my dog's mouth because of their carelessness. Not to mention my dog has already been having some health concerns so this is the last thing he needs. This is unacceptable. I've had to go around the yard to pick up the bones to ensure my dog's safety, which is not something I should have to do. They have also left a ton of other garbage just all over the place, includ
