First Priority Management

They are thieves! I lived at State House Apartment (managed by First Priority) for a year and moved out, they inspected my apartment and said everything looked fine. After I moved out, they refused to give me my deposit back and said they needed to replace their carpet and charged me $314 for that. Nancy from the management was extremely rude to me over the phone when I didn’t accept these charges. She said they needed to replace the carpet every 5 years and apparently it was my turn to pay for it. They could charge me for the cleaning fee but no, i paid $314 for a minor stain on a carpet. Thieves!!

They’re ok. Their communication isn’t always the best. And they have a $60 surcharge for any maintenance service calls. That’s a ridiculous money grab to be charging tenants for being proactive about reporting issues that ultimately protect the owner’s property.

They were our leasing manager for a little over 3 years. They were outstanding to work with. Always professional and were always helpful when needed. I will also just say that the property I moved into was newly renovated so there weren't a lot of maintenance problems that came up, but during annual inspections they helped us ensure we had the tools to maintain the property in an amicable way. We received our security deposit back after we moved out within the first couple weeks - no issues. Highly recommend leasing with them!

Old building that is poorly maintained. One tier of our building is condemned with no information about safety and no progress made in a year. Worried about a Surfside, Miami-like collapse. Additionally months of mice and roach problems that the building does not address. When I saw a mouse crawl out from underneath my baby's crib the maintenance staff refused to believe me (?) and stated "so what do you want me to do about that." Would not recommend.
