I toured these apartments twice back in January and the other week in February and Breanna was an absolute pleasure to work with each time! Her kindness, communication skills, and consideration to help me during my apt. search was so heart-warming and truly made the process not as daunting. While I ended up going with a different apartment, The National (1b 1ba) layout was one of my favorite apartments that I viewed. The natural lighting, kitchen, space, in addition to location is hard to beat. The fact that you can choose your ISP and not just be stuck with what the building offers is a plus for those that work remotely like myself and want the option to choose the best service available in the area. If you're considering moving downtown and a in unit washer/dryer, natural lighting, locat

I love ❤ love living at First National Apartments. I moved from across the river in Manchester. I am very happy that I broke my lease 4 months early to move into the First National building. The management is friendly, professional and very helpful to me and my family. The gym is second to none of the properties where I considered moving. The Community Room is amazing, very well lit, functional and clean. Let's top it off with the coffee/espresso machine that is available 24/7. Let me not forget this - The property manager is VERY QUICK to keep us informed of changes, repairs, and any PSAs to address concerns. Don't move elsewhere before visiting First National!

⭐ 1-Star Review: Do NOT Move Into This Building! I strongly advise anyone not to move into this building. Here are my real experiences and reasons: 1. The only working freight elevator broke three times in one month — always on weekends There is only one elevator available for everyone, and it has broken down three times in just one month. Each time it happened on a weekend when no maintenance staff were on duty, leaving all residents stuck without an elevator for days. 2. Only one freight elevator is intentionally kept open for all residents The building actually has multiple elevators, but management only allows one to operate. Everyone — tenants, movers, and maintenance workers — has to share it, leading to long waits that often exceed 10 minutes. 3. Public facilities are never repa

You’re representative Rebeca didn’t let me see the apartment without showing her my passport. Even though I told her I have an ID pic. In my phone. She demanded my passport twice Just because I look or sound like a foreigner. I was there to fill an application and move in by the 25th. After I showed her my American passport, she was so excited to show me the apartment. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life, and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this experience.

Total Ignorance - Since 09/20, none of the elevators are working. Residents living on higher floors are stuck in their apartments creating safety hazard conditions with no urgency shown from management to get the issue fixed quickly. Instead the message was sent out making it look like only freight elevator is out when the fact is not even a single elevator in the building is working. I hope some regulatory agency should investigate them in how they can be so ignorant towards the very basic needs.
