Slumlords my home had black mold and they have no maintenance crew after hours and very rude my house had no installation and spider infestation and after I called codes they tried to evict me! Pics before I moved in I should have turned it down but I needed a place for my son! I have now moved out and it's a blessing! Do yourself a solid Don't Rent from This Company!

**reminder, a landlord has 14 days to fix a repair before it’s grounds to terminate your lease!! Don’t be afraid to use it people!! Very unprofessional representative and the owner is clearly pocketing hefty fees.

terrible service , told house was gonna be ready for us to rent had us pay rent , deposit etc went to look before moving house not done painting , needed to be cleaned still , wood floors not repolished , they could only credit us 100 for cleaning bc “ thats what our lady would get paid “ for that but we have a 200+ invoice to pay for this . We had to move out by the 1st house was supposed to be ready the 3rd they later said we told yall it wasn’t going to be done until the 15 .. no you didnt , horrible treatment from them , would never recommend them , ever .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We rent from them. They complained about us having a chair in the yard and said it was “trashy” but when they had a window “fixed” at our house they literally just taped a piece of plywood over our window and charged us a $500 cleaning fee yet literally didn’t clean anything. This place is trash.

If I could put a zero here, I would. First Key Homes company only cares about receiving the rent. They do not care about you as an individual. I rented a house in S. Nashville that I put numerous maintenance requests and phone calls in the 12 months I lived there. Most requests were addressed delinquently, inadequately, or not at all. I went without heat for 3 days, and my water faucets dripped even after the plumbers were out. The worst issue never addressed was a cracked and leaking shower. I went the last 4 months without a master bathroom shower, which was never fixed before I left. 3 months after I moved in, I was laid off, continued to pay my rent on time, and asked for help and they just didn't care.
