I am currently renting a house from First Investor/ Steve going on 2.5 years now and having an amazing experience. He is friendly, and responds quickly to emails. The only issue I had recently, the maintenance not coming out to mow the grass and cleaning up the outside property before move-in. But other then that, I am very happy with my rental pricing, location and experience.I would highly recommend Steve and his team!!
