First International Title

We recently close on a lot in Punta Gorda Isles. The staff at First International Title were great to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, and just nice people. They replied to emails usually within an hour and always answered the phone and kept us informed through the process. Highly recommend them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. If I could give a zero on this review, I would. Cathy would not even hear why I was calling before being rude and hanging up twice. I would never choose to work with a company that allows their employees to be so disrespectful before even understanding the reason for you calling.

I've had a lot of closings they were the best. Can not say enough about how professional they are and how great i was treated. Called me right back,every email an instant reply. Look forward to using again soon and in the future.

Horrible service. Especially from Linda Raphial "Manager". Very RUDE and aggressive through e-mails, phone calls and worse in person!! I would NOT recommend this title company to anybody. The lack of professionalism from Linda is unreal. I'll make sure to tell all my friends/ family that works in Real Estate, NOT to use them.

Such a great experience! Very responsive to phone calls quick to help and answer any questions. Closing went very smooth. The staff was friendly and professional.
