Tina was knowledgeable and communicated with us very well about all the steps we need to take and was very flexible with our schedule.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service, especially when it comes to how this company treats elderly customers. I witnessed firsthand how Tina showed little understanding when dealing with someone who wasn’t tech-savvy. Instead of taking the time to offer assistance, the employee was unhelpful, making the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. It’s extremely disheartening to see a business operate with so little consideration for older adults who may not be familiar with technology. Good customer service means meeting people where they are — not making them feel like a burden.

Worst title company I ever had to deal with in 10 years. Customer service should be about understanding and helping the customer especially the elderly — not making them feel dismissed. I left feeling frustrated and unheard, which is not how one should feel after talking to a manger. I hope management train there employees better and have a talk with TIna and takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training, because this kind of service reflects poorly on the entire business.

What a great team! We closed on our home, and the hospitality, welcoming environment made our time there pleasurable. We even brought our dog to the closing and he was offered treats! How cool is that! All the documentation was explained leaving no questions unanswered. I recommend FIT wholeheartedly. 👌

I use this title company whenever possible and they have never let me down. Everyone is friendly, they handle each transaction professionally and do a great job to protect the transaction. Ali is so easy to work with and when she is handling my sale I know I don't have to worry about things.
