I didn't even get a choice in choosing my title company the realtors chose for me Eric Balliet & Greg Opgenorth. Elena Jobson was the closer and she did an awful job horrible at returning phone calls or emails that it escalated up to Jennifer Zimmerman. Closing was slated for 12/6/24 I signed several days before and closed on my new home purchase the same day. Due to the buyer needing additional review for their manually underwritten VA loan the closing was pushed to 12/17/24 which did not work for me. Then pushed to 12/27/24 but I secured the funds needs to close on the sell side on 12/19/24 but did not receive any instructions on closing until 12/23/24. Due to the buyer needing extra time I had to pay the mortgage, HOA dues and extra utilities for the property and let the closer Elena

First integrity review I thought I would wait until the end of the week before I responded and once again I am fully and utterly disappointed! I thought I would let go of the fact that our closing experience was absolutely horrible, however, I cannot. We were grossly mistreated by Heather. She was extremely unprofessional. She was having conversations about my closing with someone other than myself and when I tried to tell her it wasn’t me she had been having conversations with and asked what email she was using, she told me calm down when I told her she had the wrong email address. Then she told me that the person coming to do our closing would be able to answer all of my questions, but that person was simply a notary and was not able to answer anything. Heather said that she would call a
