First Integrity Title Company

Had a real estate closing at First Integrity. They are amazing. I got there early and they let me do a video call in an empty room. Very appreciative.

We had a complex situation that Team Tina handled in short order and did it all perfectly! Literally could not have got it all completed without their help, easily the most professional and organized title company we have ever worked with.

Probably the worst closing I've ever dealt with. Totally lax with time, rude when questioned, and impossible to get a hold of. They either don't check their emails, or don't care. Would send an email multiple times, wire money, and they would claim they hadn't received it. Speak to someone else moments later, and oh yeah, there it is, they would say. They have delayed me at every step of the process. It's embarrassing to have paid for this "service".

I've been in the mortgage business for almost twenty years, and have had the pleasure of working with First Integrity for hundreds of transactions and have always had nothing but fantastic experiences. Great customer service and communication with quick turn times and flexible notaries.

Melonie Hoover and the team at first integrity title did exceptional work. They worked diligently in helping us complete the title work for the mortgage refinance. Our particular situation involved relatives out of state and paperwork that had to be corrected through the county.
