We've had the pleasure of working with Ruchell and Mikee for the last several years. They seem to be under new management this year (or at least, our contact has changed), and it has made such a huge difference. As a tenant, the service has noticeably improved greatly. Our A/C went out on a Friday in the middle of summer, and they were really great about getting back to us asap. The same thing happened a couple of years ago, and despite doing everything in our power to reach out urgently, we still had to wait until Monday to hear back from anyone. But this new management or our new contact is much more responsive, communicative, & understanding across the board, and we feel much more comfortable & satisfied with First Full Service Property Management now.
