First Financial Bank

Dealt with an extremely condescending teller named "Krista" who told me I was "cheating the system" because I wanted to cash MY checks to immediately deposit to PREVEGOING IN THE RED. I'm sure if I'd been dressed in a suit and had a $300 Ryan from the Office haircut, she would have at least smiled. She kept using the word "recourse" which I don't even know the definition of. Needless to say, I will be back in the morning to speak with a branch manager and to speak my mind more calmly. This is banking discrimination because we do occasionally get in the red and I'm being reprimanded .

Love my bank! We’ve been a customer for 20+ years and wouldn’t change.

Customer service is great. Unfortunately I ended up getting covid from the drive thru banking. Please take the time to sanitize and make this a safe spot for customers.

Went to drive thru to cash a clients 500 check...they did nothing but charge me 10$ ...what a scam...wouldve been free if I'd had an acct there but 10 years ago they ripped me off in wfd several x...used to be a good small town homey bank...now just a big greedy corporation....

FAST Service with a Smile.... Raven opened my account and was super helpful. Definitely would recommend this bank ...locations all over Texas !
