Brett Bosarge and Kelly Key were an all around an amazing team and truly helped guide us every step of the way. I’m so grateful I chose the realtor I did, who led me to the two of them with First Community Mortgage. Brett is punctual and smart and gives fantastic advice. He is very informative. Kelly is so sweet and is always there to support us and answer any of the many questions we’ve had. The two of them always follow through. Katie provided us a professional and detailed estimate of how much our closing would cost. She responded quickly to my questions and answered my calls every time. I received a great rate and would definitely use Moore lending and Katie again.

This company had good reviews so I went with it. I have had nothing but trouble. I called and stayed on hold for over an hour to make a payment and still couldn't get help from a real person. What line do you call because they do not answer online inquiries and I get transferred a minimum of 4 times every phone call. Horrible first time home buying experience. And Chuck Moore with Moore lending was no better. I will be spending my tax refund to refinance with someone else, don't do it.
